Resumption of shipment to the USA, Canada and Australia.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Japan Post has suspended Express Mail Service (EMS) destined for the USA, Canada and Australia. Meanwhile, ordinary airmail shipping has partially resumed to those countries. Accordingly, we have decided to restart shipping by ordinary airmail until EMS becomes available.
If you agree to all the conditions below, please add the items you would like to purchase to your cart within the 2kg weight limit.
1. The maximum weight of a package is 2kg (includes packing materials).
*You can check the gross weight and shipping fee after proceeding to checkout. (See STEP 4 on How to order page)

2. Packages are shipped out by No tracking regular mail (No guarantee of delivery)
3. Some packages may experience delivery delays. (Currently ordinary airmail takes about a month to arrive.)
4. As mentioned in Terms of Service, once packages are in the hands of the carrier, Uogashi Meicha is not responsible for the packages.
