According to Japan Post announcement, it is expected to take more than three weeks to load the items on airplanes to that country due to the significant reduction and suspension of flights. They are trying their best to dispatch promptly as many postal items as possible to United Kingdom, cooperating with airline companies and the postal operator in that country. We sincerely apologize that delivery will take more time than usual. It would be appreciated if you would kindly understand this situation in advance.

We will resume shipping to Malaysia and Philippines. Meanwhile Japan Post announced that delays are expected for dispatching mail items from Japan and domestic delivery in the countries.
